About
The Natural Science Baltic Conference is a continuation of the Baltic Chemistry Conference, which boasted great popularity. The Natural Science Baltic Conference is a free international conference for students and postgraduates that aims to enhance the scientific potential of young scientists. The conference is completely free for speakers and passive participants. During NSBC, young speakers from different countries (students, doctoral students and young scientists) can present the results of their research or a problem on popular science topics. During the conference, members of the Scientific Committee will evaluate individual presentations and posters to award the best ones.
The conference is held exclusively online.
Due to its interdisciplinary nature, the conference is divided into three panels related to different scientific fields.
CHEM PANEL
In this panel, we will host speakers in the fields of chemical sciences, environmental sciences, ecology and nanotechnology.
BIO PANEL
In this panel we will host speakers in the field of biological sciences, biotechnology.
PHYS PANEL
In this panel, we will host speakers in the fields of physical and matehmatical science

Communication format
PRESENTATION SESSIONS
(main part of the conference)
A form of speech in which the speaker gives a short presentation on a choosen topic. The presentation is presented as a video or live presentation (13 min + 2min for discussions).
Afterwards, all participants of the Natural Science Baltic Conference will be able to ask questions to the presentation online (online participation of the speaker required).
Send the videos to our email address. If you choose the online speech-presentation (without uploading the video) you must also notify us by email by 29.03.2024.

POSTER SESSION
(additional part of the conference)
A speaking format in which the speaker submits a pdf poster and a 5-minute video of the poster where they discuss the issue being presented.
The posters will be made available on the website under Posters, and speakers are required to respond to comments during the poster session and during the conference via chat (online). Audio chat channels (Microsoft Teams) will be open during the speeches. Speakers should lead the discussion during the poster sessions. Send the videos to our email address by 29.03.2024.

Best presentations and posters
Commemorative diplomas of distinction will be issued for the best evaluated posters and presentations (sent via e-mail).
